Our Services

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

CBT focuses on the interaction between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. CBT has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and more. The goal of CBT is to help clients learn new coping skills and become their own therapists. CBT often focuses on problems in the “here and now”, with clients practicing their new coping skills outside of sessions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Comprehensive DBT is an outpatient treatment that includes 4 components: individual DBT sessions, skills training, phone coaching, and therapist consultation team. Comprehensive DBT is the gold-standard treatment to help individuals with chronic suicidal or self-injurious behavior, pervasive emotion dysregulation, and/or a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, as well as for other co-occurring concerns. We offer DBT for adults and adolescents. Click here to see our current DBT group offerings.

Exposure Therapy

Exposure therapy was developed to help people confront their fears, and is effective in treating post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorders. Exposure therapy focuses on helping individuals approach their fears instead of avoiding them. Additionally, exposure therapy helps individuals learn that their fear and anxiety does not last forever, the consequences they are worried about are unlikely to occur, and they have the skills to cope with their intense emotions.
